    Hey Shannon, so true. It’s funny how subconsciously this works. I am an appraiser and have been in many homes that have odd odors (because I am a professional I have learned to look at this objectivily)but when buyers come in and they are looking with their heart and not their brain it can create negative associations with the house and hurt your chances of a sale. Great post!
